			Few performers can boast as diverse a body of work as David Lawrence. At various times in his career (and sometimes simultaneously), David has worked as an actor, standup comic, rap artist, documentary filmmaker, model, and screenwriter, not to mention being a formerly ranked professional boxer! David's film credits include the independent feature film The Dead Guy's Son, the History Channel documentary Foreign Legion, and the title role in the short film The Artist. David wrote, directed, and starred in the feature documentary Boxer Rebellion which was selected for inclusion in the Sundance and Vienna Film Festivals. David has appeared on stage in Groundworks 3, and has performed standup comedy at Caroline's, Stand Up New York, Don't Tell Mana's, and The Gotham Comedy Club. The list goes on as David's credits also include numerous music videos, magazines, and appearances on The Phil Donohue Show, George Michael's Sports Machine, and CBS' 48 Hours. David first came to attention of the producers as the boxing trainer for lead actress Carolyn O'Brien. Soon David was tapped to assist with the film's fight choreography, and ultimately to appear in the supporting cast.
